Your order will be carefully packed and shipped via DHL to you.
The shipping costs are calculated according to the latest DHL rates.
P-POWER.EU accept no liability for loss, theft and / or damage during shipping.
Articles can be sent and covered by insurance at an additional cost. Optionally you can specify in your order.
Returns
The customer is obliged immediately after receiving the product carefully check for defects, as appropriate (quantity) of goods shipped, damaged and / or incomplete.
The customer has the right items delivered within 7 days of receipt to return in the original packaging and accessories supplied without damage.
The cost for a return shipment are borne by the customer at their own risk.
The amount paid will be transferred as soon as possible, but within 30 days credited.
